    1. Your full name, NRIC number and address
    2. Full name and NRIC number of all your beneficiaries.
    3. Full name and NRIC number of your executors (the person in-charge of your assets, helping to close your accounts upon your passing and distribute your assets).
    4. Your beneficiary can be appointed as your executor as long as he/she is above 21 years old.
    5. You must have at least 1 executor, we recommend to have a substitute executor just in case the main executor is not around or not able to perform the duties.
    6. If you have children below 21 years old, we recommend you appoint someone you trust to be the substitute guardian of your children in case you and your spouse are not around.
