If the WILL Writing service is requested, our Will Planner will collect the information necessary to write the will and 50% WILL writing fee as deposit;

The actual WILL will be prepared after you have confirmed all the details to be correct;

The WILL will be presented to you and 2 witnesses for signing;

You will keep the WILL at a safe place.

Standard WILL @ $200

A Standard WILL includes the following provisions:

1. Personal particulars of the testator;
2. Revocation clause;
3. Appointment of executor/trustee/guardian and substitute;
4. Naming of beneficiaries and substitute;
5. Distribution of assets by percentage;
6. Residuary Clause;
7. Commorientes Clause;
8. Registration with Wills Registry.
